High-MPA Screeding: The Strong Foundation for Level or Graded Floors

High-MPA (Compressive Strength) screeding is the backbone of resilient industrial flooring systems. Crafted from a high-compressive strength mixture, FloorCo’s high-MPA screeds form a hard, enduring base that supports heavy loads and intense traffic. Unlike traditional sand-and-cement options, our high-MPA screeds are engineered to thrive in the most demanding industries, from warehousing to food processing.

High-MPA Screeding

Benefits of High-MPA Screeding

Exceptional Durability

Our high-MPA screeds are designed to endure heavy machinery, foot traffic, and chemical exposure without cracking or wearing down. Ideal for industries where surface integrity is essential, these screeds provide lasting durability.

Moisture Resistance

The density of high-MPA screeds creates a highly impermeable surface that naturally resists water penetration, reducing risks of mould growth and moisture damage. This is invaluable in areas prone to moisture exposure.

Versatile Applications

High-MPA screeds are versatile and can be applied to new concrete or as a resurfacing layer over existing substrates. Suitable for environments requiring durable, easy-to-clean floors, such as food processing facilities and industrial workshops.

Customised Finishes

FloorCo offers screeds that can be installed with specific gradients or falls, ensuring effective drainage where needed. This feature is especially beneficial for wash-down areas, commercial kitchens, and food processing facilities.

Advanced Screeding Materials for Specific Needs

Not all facilities require the same flooring characteristics. FloorCo offers a variety of screeding materials to cater to specific industrial demands:

Self-Levelling Screeds

Perfect for applications requiring an exceptionally flat, level surface, self-levelling screeds provide a smooth, even layer that optimises the performance and appearance of floor coatings.

Rapid-Cure Options

For fast-paced projects, our rapid-cure screeding materials ensure minimal downtime without compromising quality, allowing for efficient project completion.

Epoxy Coving: Seamless, Hygienic, and Built to Last

Epoxy coving is essential for creating a seamless transition between floors and walls, particularly in settings with strict hygiene requirements. Unlike aluminium or vinyl coving, epoxy coving forms a fully sealed, joint-free barrier that is easy to clean, prevents bacterial growth, and withstands heavy use.

The Superior Alternative to Aluminium and Vinyl

Why Epoxy Coving Outperforms Aluminium and Vinyl

Seamless, Impervious Barrier

Epoxy coving creates a joint-free surface, preventing bacteria, mould, and dirt accumulation. This design is ideal for high-hygiene areas like hospitals, laboratories, and food processing facilities.

Resistant to Harsh Conditions

While aluminium is prone to denting and corrosion and vinyl may peel, epoxy coving is formulated to resist impact, chemical exposure, and foot traffic without degrading.

Easy Maintenance

The smooth, non-porous surface of epoxy coving resists grime and stains, simplifying clean-up in high-maintenance environments like kitchens and healthcare facilities.

Aesthetic and Functional Integration

Epoxy coving seamlessly complements epoxy flooring, providing a cohesive and professional look, essential for spaces where a polished appearance is desirable.
