Abattoir Flooring

Key Benefits of FloorCo’s Abattoir Flooring

High Slip Resistance

In abattoirs, where water, blood, and fats are present, the risk of slipping is a serious safety concern. Our resin flooring systems are designed with a high slip rating, significantly reducing slip hazards and providing a safer working environment for your team.

Durable and Long-Lasting

High foot traffic, heavy machinery, and chemical exposure are part of daily operations in abattoirs. FloorCo flooring solutions are built to withstand the rigorous demands of such an environment, offering long-term durability and minimising replacement costs.

Easy to Clean and Maintain

With seamless and non-porous surfaces, our flooring systems prevent liquids and contaminants from being absorbed. This makes cleaning and sanitation straightforward, which is essential for maintaining high hygiene standards.

Chemical Resistance

Exposure to cleaning agents, disinfectants, and animal by-products can cause corrosion in many flooring types. FloorCo’s flooring is formulated to resist harsh chemicals, ensuring longevity and maintaining surface integrity.

Customised Abattoir Flooring Solutions for Meat Processing Facilities

We recognise that each abattoir has its own unique needs, and we provide tailored flooring solutions to address these specific requirements. Whether it’s slip-resistant surfaces, chemical-resistant finishes, or seamless flooring for enhanced hygiene, our custom flooring systems are crafted to meet the operational demands of your facility. Our tailored approach means your flooring will support the precise requirements of your operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

HACCP Accredited for Food Safety

In the meat processing industry, maintaining high standards of hygiene is both essential and a legal requirement. FloorCo’s flooring range includes HACCP-accredited products, meaning our solutions are certified to meet food safety standards. By choosing our flooring, you are investing in a system that minimises contamination risks, supporting a safe and sanitary environment in your abattoir.

Fast Installation with Minimal Downtime

We understand that time is of the essence in abattoirs, where any disruption can impact production schedules and overall productivity. FloorCo offers rapid-cure flooring systems that are quick to install, allowing for minimal downtime and a swift return to normal operations. Our efficient installation process ensures your new flooring is ready to handle the demands of your facility as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality.
