Clover Cottage, a charming events venue nestled in Quinninup, required a high-performance flooring solution for its commercial kitchen, bar, and coolroom. The flooring had to meet strict functional requirements, including a P5 slip rating, water resistance, and durability, while also offering a designer finish to complement the venue’s elegant decor.

To create a durable foundation with seamless water drainage, FloorCo began by applying an epoxy screed, crafting a gradient that ensures efficient water flow.
Next, we installed the Sentinel PU-Quartz Flooring System, a premium epoxy-based solution renowned for its strength, water resistance, and attractive finish. This system bonds securely to the substrate, forming a robust, seamless surface capable of withstanding the demands of a busy commercial kitchen and bar.
To further enhance the floor’s performance, a MMA clear topcoat was applied. This advanced protective layer provides exceptional stain resistance and ensures longevity, even with frequent cleaning and rigorous use.
The completed flooring exceeded expectations, providing Clover Cottage with a high-performance surface that is slip-resistant, water-resistant, and easy to maintain. The custom colour blend perfectly complements the venue’s elegant aesthetic, enhancing its reputation as a well-maintained and visually appealing events space.
