Health & Aged Care

Superior Hygiene with High Repellency Technology

In aged care, hygiene is paramount to protect against pathogens, bacteria, and viruses. Unlike traditional flooring materials, FloorCo’s resin-based systems are fully seamless, preventing harmful microorganisms from hiding in seams or gaps. Our high-repellency coatings create a non-porous surface that stops liquids, dirt, and bacteria from penetrating, simplifying cleaning routines and helping maintain a sanitary environment. With our floors, spills, stains, and debris can be easily wiped away, ensuring that contaminants don’t accumulate. The seamless design promotes a cleaner, safer environment that aligns with the high hygiene standards required in healthcare and aged care settings.

Key Benefits of FloorCo Aged Care Flooring

Seamless Hygiene

Our resin flooring eliminates cracks and joints where bacteria, viruses, and pathogens can thrive. The non-porous, seamless surface provides maximum cleanliness, supporting a sterile environment.

Slip Resistance with Easy Maintenance

High slip resistance promotes resident and staff safety, particularly in moisture-prone areas. Despite this, our flooring is easy to clean and maintain, reducing time and effort spent on upkeep.

Durability and Long-Term Performance

Resin flooring bonds directly to concrete, providing a robust, permanent solution. Maintenance focuses on surface care, reducing the need for costly replacements.

Simplified Repairs Compared to Vinyl

Unlike vinyl, which often requires costly re-welding, resin flooring repairs are seamless, quick, and durable, reducing downtime and ensuring lasting performance.

Enhanced Hygiene with Coving and Screeding

We provide coving and screeding solutions to ensure perimeter hygiene, preventing water build-up and maintaining cleanliness across all areas of the floor.
